This sweet velvety dessert wine has been described as a “Party on your Palate” with it’s ever changing aromas and flavors of Strawberry Candy on the front, Grapefruit and Citrus in the middle and a very complex coffee, chocolate, and spice finish.

Wine Makers Notes
This wine has become our most awarded wine winning multiple nation and international awards. Originally I had no intention of making a plum wine, but one of our local growers’ Santa Rosa Plums, Early Apples and Late Peaches all ripened at the same time. He didn’t have the man power to pick everything so the plums got over ripe and he was going to let them drop on the ground and compost. We went and picked 3000 lbs of bursting at the seams plums, made an award winning wine and gave the grower the same return he got on his fresh fruit. This is the perfect example of how making fruit wines is the perfect way of sustaining local food!
